Novelty Gift Products ship within 2 to 3 weekdays from California (UPS Ground only). A shipping notification (with tracking) will be emailed within 24 hours after your order has been shipped. We also email a "Day Before Delivery" reminder! Shipping services are for U.S. continental destinations only. Payment Options Visa and Master Cards are accepted. Please include the current billing address of your credit card account for real-time account verification and to expedite shipping. International cards are not accepted. Our automatic Paypal Direct system will transfer you to your Paypal account for payment processing and then return you to our "Checkout" page to complete your order. 30-Day Return/Exchange Policy After your order has been delivered, please hold on to the shipping box, with it's packaging materials, the MFG's box, manual, warranty info, etc, for at least 30 days (for return exchanges and refunds). We will e-mail return shipping instructions with a return authorization number within 24 hours (Monday through Friday). TGS will credit your return UPS Ground shipping cost after you have faxed your UPS receipt at 360-684-6623. After your faxed UPS receipt has been received, a replacement will be shipped promtly.
