Shipping PolicyElectronics, SwissGear Laptop Backpacks, and Atlantic CD/DVD storage units, usually ship the same business day (Monday through Friday) from our California or Pennsylvania warehouses if your order is recieved by 2PM EST. Your order will ship from the nearest warehouse to your requested shipping destination, unless the nearest warehouse to your shipping destination is out of stock at this time.

PC software and DVD movie packs also ship the same business day via our Ohio shipping services if your order is also received by 2PM EST.
Novelty products (collectible dolls, birdhouses, lanterns, etc) require 2 to 3 business days before shipping from California (UPS Ground only).
A shipping confimation (includes tracking) will be emailed within 24 hours after your order has been shipped. We also email a "Day Before Delivery" reminder!
Shipping services are for U.S. continental destinations only.
An 8.75% tax fee will be applied for California orders.

International credit cards are not accepted at this time.

30-Day Return/Exchange PolicyAfter your order has been delivered, please hold on to the shipped package (with it's packaging materials), the manufacture's box for the item(s), manual, warranty info, etc, for 30-days
(for exchanges or refunds).
To return a defective product for exchange, email

TGS will credit your return shipping cost after you have faxed your return shipping receipt at 360-684-6623. After your faxed shipping receipt has been received, a replacement will be shipped promptly.
