Shipping ServicesElectronics, SwissGear Backpacks and Atlantic CD/DVD storage units usually ship the same weekday from our California or Pennsylvania warehouses if your order is recieved before 2pm EST.
PC software and DVD movie packs are also shipped the same weekday via our Ohio shipping services if your order is also received before 2pm EST.
Novelty products (collectible dolls, birdhouses, etc) ship 2 to 3 weekdays from our shipping services in California (UPS Ground only).
A shipping confimation (with tracking) will be emailed within 24 hours after your order has been shipped. We also email a "Day Before Delivery" reminder!
Shipping services are for U.S. continental destinations only.
An 8.75% state tax fee will be applied for California orders.
Payment OptionsVisa, Master Card and Paypal payments are accepted. Please include the current billing address of your Visa or Master Card account for real-time verification, online security, and to expedite your shipment. As a member of the Yahoo! Shopping Network, your credit card information we be automatically deleted after 30 days (for 30-day returns or exchanges).
International credit cards are not accepted at this time.
Complete your purchase with your Paypal account! Our Paypal Express system will transfer you to your Paypal account for immediate processing, and then return you to our store to complete your order.
30-Day Return/Exchange PolicyAfter your order has been delivered, please hold on to the shipped package (with it's packaging materials), the Mfg's box for the item, manual, warranty info, etc, for 30-days
(for exchanges or refunds).
To return a defective product for exchange, contact
gift_suite@comcast.net or phone 209-402-1070 within 30-days after delivery. We will e-mail you return shipping instructions within 24 hours (Monday through Friday). TGS will credit your return Ground or U.S. Postal shipping cost after you have faxed your return shipping receipt at 360-684-6623. After your faxed shipping receipt has been received, a replacement will be shipped promptly.
