Shipping Information

U.S. Priority Mail (2-5 day delivery), Ground (2-7 day delivery), 3-Day, 2nd-Day and Next Day shipping services are available for fast delivery.

Home & Personal Electronics, Video Game Accessories, Swiss Gear Laptop Backpacks, and Atlantic CD & DVD Storage Units ship Fedex Ground the same business day Monday through Friday from our West Coast California or East Coast Pennsylvania warehouses if your order is received by 2PM EST. Your order will ship from the nearest in-stock warehouse to your shipping address.

Computer games will also ship the same business day Monday through Friday via U.S. Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or Fedex 3-Day, 2nd Day or Next Day shipping services from our East Coast Ohio warehouse if your order is received before 2PM EST.

Tracking information will be E-mailed within 24 hours after your order has been shipped. A day before delivery reminder will also be E-mailed to you for Ground and 3-Day shipping services.

Shipping services are for U.S. destinations only.

A state tax fee will be applied for California purchases.

Payment Options

Visa, Master Card, and Paypal payments are accepted. Please provide the current billing address of your Visa or Master Card account for real-time account verification to expedite your order.

International credit cards are not accepted at this time.

The Gift Suite will not charge your credit card's account until your order has been shipped. After you have completed your order, your credit card's account, at that time, will show our charge as "Pending".

Complete your purchase with your Paypal Account. Our Paypal Express system will transfer you to your Paypal Account for payment processing and then return you to "Checkout" to complete your order.

30-Day Return Policy

After your order has been delivered, please hold on to our shipped package and its packaging materials, the item(s) packaging from the manufacturer and all of its included documents for 30-days in the event you have to return your order.

If you received an item(s) that is non-functional or defective and you require a replacement, E-mail us at gift_suite@comcast.net or phone 209-402-1070 within 30-Days after delivery. We will E-mail you return authorization and shipping instructions within 24 hours. We will credit your return shipping cost after you have faxed your return shipping receipt at 360-684-6623. After your faxed shipping receipt has been received, a replacement will be shipped promptly and your credit card or Paypal account will be reimbursed for your returned shipping cost.

To return an item(s) for a refund with no replacement, E-mail us at gift_suite@comcast.net or phone 209-402-1070 within 30-Days after delivery. We will E-mail you return authorization and shipping instructions within 24 hours. Once your returned purchase has been received, a refund (excluding the the original shipping cost) will be processed to your credit card or Paypal account.
